Returns

We want your shopping experience to be clear, fair, and positive. We understand that sizing and fit are important when purchasing footwear online, which is why we offer easy returns.


Returns

All eligible items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • In perfect condition

  • Free of odors or marks

  • In the original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.


Damaged Items (Online Orders Only)

If you receive a damaged item from an online purchase, you must submit your return request within 3 days of delivery.

Damage claims submitted after 3 days will not be eligible.

All damaged-item claims must include:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Order number

  • Original packaging


Final Sale Items

All merchandise purchased on Sale is a final sale.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for Final Sale items.

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased at regular price before any sale.


Refund Method

All eligible returns will receive:

  • Online purchases: Refund issued to the original method of payment (5–10 business days depending on your bank)

  • In-store purchases: Refund issued as in-store credit

All return requests must be approved first. You will be notified by email when your request has been approved.


How to Request a Return (Online Orders)

  1. Log in to your account:

  2. Click Return

  3. Select the product(s) and quantity

  4. Provide your return reason and submit your request

  5. Once approved by email, ship the item in original packaging with proof of purchase to the address provided in your approval email

  6. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

You may return your package using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


Exchanges

Exchanges are not available at the moment.
If you need a different size or style, you may return the item and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Accessories

  • Final Sale items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items past the 15-day return window


Return Approval Requirements

GLITTER FASHION reserves the right to reject returns that:

  • Are submitted after the 15-day return window

  • Are shipped after the approved timeframe

  • Do not include original packaging or proof of purchase

  • Show signs of use, damage, or odors

  • Do not match the condition originally delivered

Rejected returns will not be refunded.
