if my heel doesnt have a platform I always put a power pad inside to help make the shoe more comfortable.

Bought these for very high heel sandals I purchased online at GF (Laser). They are not platforms so I knew they needed some extra cushioning at balls of my feet. They provide instant relief. They work for any heels, esp high heels.
